EXPERIENCE AND FOCUS

Accidents involving TRUCKS, TRACTOR-TRAILERS, and COMMERCIAL VEHICLES can be  complicated.
There are very specific Federal Regulations that must be followed by motor carriers in areas such as: (1) the initial application that a driver fills out for the motor carrier, (2) the background information that a motor carrier must obtain on a new driver, (3) the tests that a motor carrier must give new drivers, (4) the number of hours that motor carriers may allow their drivers to drive (5) the frequency with which a motor carrier must review its drivers, (6) the frequency with which a motor carrier must inspect its trucks, (7) load, weight and equipment restrictions, and (8) the minimum amount of liability insurance that a motor carrier must maintain on its drivers. An attorney practicing in this area must have experience dealing with all of these provisions, which are set forth in the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations. You should not only demand a lawyer that has experience in accidents and personal injury, you should also demand a lawyer who focuses on accidents involving TRUCKS, TRACTOR-TRAILERS, and COMMERCIAL VEHICLES.

Mr. Hayes not only focuses his personal injury practice on cases involving TRUCKS, TRACTOR-TRAILERS, and COMMERCIAL VEHICLES, Mr. Hayes also has the valuable experience in this area necessary to handle these complex cases.
